This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect as well as the purposes we use this data for. It also explains how, and for which purpose the information is collected.
We herewith advise you that the transmission of data via the Internet (i.e. through e-mail communications) may be prone to security gaps. It is not possible to completely protect data against third party access.
Our website contains links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content.

How do we record your data?
Personal data is an information, which helps to identify a person. Personal data are for example e-mail address, address or telephone number, and as well information about preferences, hobbies and memberships.
For our part, only personal data will be collected, used and passed on if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent to the data collection.
We collect your data as a result of sharing your data with us. This may, for instance be information you tell us by calling us or writing an email.
Our IT systems automatically record other data when you visit our website. This data comprises primarily technical information (e.g. web browser, operating system or time the site was accessed). This information is recorded automatically when you access our website.
What are the purposes we use your data for?
A part of the information is generated to guarantee the error free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyse your user patterns. This happens anonymously.
Data and contact data you provide in your enquiry is only used to contact you and answer your questions.

Legal basis of our data processing
If not mentioned separately, the following valid: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for the processing for the performance of our services and the execution of contractual measures as well as the response to inquiries is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfil our legal obligations is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR, and the legal basis for processing in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Safety measures
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. Article 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
In particular the measures include ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as their access, input, disclosure, availability and separation.
In addition, we have established procedures that ensure the enjoyment of data subject rights, data erasure and data vulnerability. Furthermore, we consider the protection of personal data already in the development, or selection of hardware, software and procedures, according to the principle of data protection by technology design and by privacy-friendly default settings (Art. 25 GDPR).
SSL and/or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as purchase orders or inquiries you submit to us as the website operator, this website uses either an SSL or a TLS encryption programme. You can recognise an encrypted connection by checking whether the address line of the browser switches from “http://” to “https://” and also by the appearance of the lock icon in the browser line.
If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
2. Subject’s rights
You have the right to:
- request information about your personal data we process according to Art. 15 GDPR. You have especially the right to request information about the purposes of processing, the category of your personal data, the categories of recipients whom your data were or will be disclosed to, the planned storing time, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to complain, the source of your data, when they are not collected by us as well as about the existence of an automatic decision making including profiling and, if any, significant information to their details;
- request the immediate correction of any wrong personal data of yours or the completion of your personal data we stored according to Art. 16 GDPR;
- request the deletion of your personal data we stored according to Art. 17 GDPR, as long as the processing is not needed to execute the right for freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal commitment, for reasons of public interest or to ensure, execute or defend legal rights;
- request the restriction of processing your personal data according to Art. 18 GDPR, as long as you deny the accuracy of that data, the processing is illegal but you reject their deletion and we do not need the data anymore but you need them for enforcing, executing or defending legal rights or you have objected the processing according to Art. 21 GDPR;
- request to get your personal data you provided to us in a structured common and readable format or to request the disclosure to another responsible according to Art. 20 GDPR;
- reject a permission you once gave us at any time according to Art. 7 (3) GDPR; to do so, just write a message to us. As a result, we must not continue data processing that was based on this permission in the future;
- complain to a supervising authority according to Art. 77 GDPR. You can usually contact the supervising authority of you usual residence, of your office or of our headquarter.

If you submit inquiries to us via our email or phone, the information provided in will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Hence, the processing of the data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR). You have the right to revoke at any time any consent you have already given us. To do so, all you are required to do is sent us an informal notification via e-mail. This shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of any data collection that occurred prior to your revocation.
We will, therefore, process any data only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
Your information remains with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g. after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions in particular retention periods.
Application
The data and files submitted as Candidates / Applicants will be stored and used for purposes related to the collection and processing of your interest in current or future employment or collaboration with a client of Anita Ruwiedel Consulting or Anita Ruwiedel Consulting itself including this necessary contact with you.
Your information will be stored in our database, so that we can contact you again at a later date to introduce you to a new vacancy, if you have given us your consent. Your CV and personal data will only be forwarded to a customer with your express consent.
Please note that in particular CVs, testimonies or other data provided by you may contain sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or political party, for physical or mental health or sexual life. We recommend that you do not provide such information. If you provide us with such information, you agree that we may store, use and disclose this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Incidentally, we may process your publicly available job-related information, such as a profile in professional social media Networks.
There is no automated decision in individual cases within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, that is, the decision on your candidacy is not based solely on automated processing.
4. Contradiction advertising E-mails
The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint duty for the transmission of not expressly requested advertising and information material is hereby rejected. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional information such as spam e-mails.
